Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that you receive clean, well maintained, and safe equipment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized.

All of our units are made from commercial quality vinyl that not only meet but exponentially exceed California proposition 65 requirements and are safe for children.  All of our units are Pennsylvania Certified by the strict bureau of ride and measurement standards.  All units are inspected before and after use and state inspected monthly.  As an added safety measure we include free audible warning siren devices to warn you in case of unexpected power or air loss.  Units are also flame retardant and meet NFPA 701 standards.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our selection of bouncers, combo units, obstacle courses and games at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. The rental will specifically state if it is ok to use water.  An inflatable has to be materially designed and certified to use water with riders on it,  this is very different from using a hose to just wash it off and clean.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags and may have an additional fee as set up is longer and more labor is involved.

Under no circumstances should soap or other lubricants or oils be used on inflatables.

Inflatables must be evacuated if it starts to rain, turn off blower and place cover over inflatable until rain stops.  Inflatable can be restarted after rain passes and dried off before resuming use.

PA law states inflatable must be evacuated if wind speed reaches 15mph or greater.  Evacuate inflatable and turn off blower.

Due to demand, scheduling, logistics, and most reservations made far in advance, all reservations are final and non refundable with the exception of  Inclement weather ie rain, wind.  If customer location has any type of active rain or wind in excess of 15mph sustained or 20mph gusts prior to delivery or it is likely widespread forecasted during rental time then full amount of rental WILL BE REFUNDED.  If forecast is favorable and inflatable is set up and an un-forecasted pop up storm, rain squall, or wind occurs later in day, a refund WILL NOT be given.  Rumors will make the sole determination for weather related cancellations and refunds.

All our inflatables require a flat level space free of mud, pet waste, rocks, sharp objects, underground utilities, overhead power lines or obstructions within 20feet, and at least 5 feet of clearance around the unit.  All required space sizes can be found in each of our rental descriptions.  There must be a dedicated(no other devices) 20amp outlet within 100 feet of set up area.  If not enough power or no power is within 100ft, we can supply a generator for additional fee.

Our all inclusive price for all our rentals includes delivery within 20 miles (after that a per mile fee applies), ground tarp, setup, inspection, training for the responsible party, blower, air/power loss safety siren, power cord, stakes and stake caps, impact mats, signage, manuals, training material, whistle, digital wind speed gauge, tear down, pick up AND rental is for the entire same day duration of your event, not hourly blocks.

Use common sense.  Manufacturer and our Lawyers recommend the following for YOUR safety.

It is the responsibility of Customer (the person(s) and/or organization) renting this inflatable equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the inflatable. All safety instructions outlined by Rumors and operator’s manual must be followed:

  1. In order to avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean, no food, drink, or chewing gum shall be permitted on or around the Inflatable. Please be advised that if the Inflatable is returned in a dirty condition there will be an additional cleaning fee. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
  2. In order to avoid injury to self or others and/or harm to the inflatable, all shoes, sandals, flip flops, glasses, jewelry, sharp objects, loose articles, items in pockets, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable. Please make sure children are clothed appropriately before using the inflatable. SOCKS MUST BE WORN at all times by participants using the inflatable.
  3. NO face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string shall be used either on or near the Inflatable. Please note these products will cause damage to the inflatable that cannot be repaired.
  4. No pets, toys, or smoking on, in or around the inflatable at any time.
  5. No soap or other cleaning items may be used on the inflatable/ride.
  6. Enter the inflatable head first. Exit the inflatable feet first using a slide motion or as directed by operating manual.
  7. NEVER allow more riders/participants in or on the inflatable than manufacturer recommends. The number of riders will be listed on the label at entrance to the inflatable/ride.
  8. Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit the number of riders/participants using the inflatable/ride according to the age and size of those using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using the inflatable/ride at the same time. NO adults may use/ride the inflatable/ride. Always ensure rider meets height and weight requirements as labeled on manufacture tag or operators manual.
  9. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls or netting is dangerous and is NOT permitted.
  10. Do not enter/use the inflatable if you are pregnant or have medical conditions that would be aggravated by doing so.
  11. Do NOT allow any horseplay, flips, wrestling, or any other unsafe activity on, in, or around the inflatable. Ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in any manner likely to injure or cause distress to others on the inflatable/ride.
  12. Do NOT allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step.
  13. Do NOT allow anyone to be on the inflatable/ride during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
  14. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable/ride immediately and calmly. Check the breaker or gfci switch and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto the blower causing an obstruction. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the main switch. Wait 2 minutes before turning the blower back on. If this does not work, please inform Rumors immediately.
  15. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: DO NOT let children play on the inflatable without adult operator supervision. A responsible adult operator (18+) is required to supervise at all times, and be close enough that he or she is able to see all riders. Adult supervision is required at all times regardless if anyone is using the inflatable/ride. This includes times when the inflatable/ride is not inflated.
  16. All operators MUST agree to remove anyone from the inflatable/ride who is violating posted rules of operation.
  17. Operators must agree to cease operation of the inflatable/ride immediately should winds onsite exceed 15mph or less, if stated in the operating manual. Rumors will provide an anemometer, Beaufort scale, or other weather reporting tools to assist in monitoring the wind.
  18. The inflatable/ride shall not be operated in the rain or when wet. Operator agrees not to allow anyone to add water to the inflatable/ride, unless directed by operator’s manual. If it begins to rain, operator MUST evacuate all riders, turn off blower, and cover inflatable/ride with tarp until rain stops.
  19. The inflatable/ride is best used during daylight hours, however nighttime operation is permissible so long as there is appropriate lighting to ensure full visibility while on, in, and around inflatable/ride. Additional lighting is the responsibility of the Customer.
  20. Operator must evacuate all riders from inflatable/ride if watchdog siren sounds.  After evacuation, Operator should inspect the blower in order to determine if it is attached to inlet chute and power.  Follow manufacturer’s troubleshooting outlined in the operator’s manual or call Rumors.
  21. Under No circumstances shall any rider be permitted on the inflatable/ride while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Rentals being returned excessively dirty, and damaged more than normal wear and tear add a huge expense, labor, and time constraint to our business.  And ultimately results in higher costs to you.  In order to alleviate our incurred costs and provide no hassles like charging deposits or charging cleaning fees after the sale, we simply have an automatic damage insurance of 10% of the rental.  This is a HUGE benefit to you if an accident should occur.  Most of our units cost over $3,500 each.  We feel this is very fair.  This will not cover intentional damage.

We can work with your organization as part of your next public fundraiser receiving a portion of our ticketed sales.  We also work with schools, churches, business open houses, and employee events.  Reach out for details.

We deliver free for up to 20 miles from our office.  A mileage fee applies after that to cover additional labor and fuel.  Certain distances such as 45 and 60 miles will require minimum rental amounts.  If you have problems on a quote involving mileage please reach out.
